Qualifications

• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience with campus recruiting or university relations.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Experience analysing data and translating insights into actions.
• Experience in project management and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Experience recruiting technical talent in a tech environment.
• Experience in a global matrixed organisation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand talent needs and develop campus strategies.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle for internship and early-career hiring across multiple EMEA locations.
• Consult on hiring plans, market intelligence, and candidate experience initiatives.
• Deliver hiring outcomes aligned with business objectives and candidate experience.
• Use metrics to identify trends and support workforce planning with HR partners.
