Qualcomm Technologies International Ltd is seeking a Campus Recruiting professional to develop and execute campus recruitment strategies, attracting and hiring top early-career talent across 14 EMEA countries. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for internship and graduate hiring, partnering with university partners and internal stakeholders.

The role combines strategic talent acquisition, programme management, stakeholder engagement, and employer branding to ensure Qualcomm

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
Experience managing multiple recruitment projects and stakeholder groups simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Experience analysing data and translating insights into recommendations and actions.
Demonstrated project management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent requirements and develop campus recruitment strategies.
Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for internship and early careers hiring across multiple EMEA locations.
Consult with stakeholders on hiring plans, market intelligence, and candidate experience initiatives.
Deliver hiring outcomes against business objectives with a positive candidate experience.
Utilise recruitment metrics and hiring data to identify trends and support workforce planning.
