On, the premium sportswear brand, is seeking a Senior Specialist for B2B Retail Development to drive Shop-in-Shops and branded environments across JD, Foot Locker, and Snipes in EMEA. You will lead rollout planning, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure consistent brand presence in wholesale partners.

The role requires 5+ years in retail marketing, space planning, or VM in multi-site environments, with strong project management, budgeting, and stakeholder relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Typically we look for 5+ years of relevant experience in retail marketing, space planning, visual merchandising, or brand-concept rollouts within multi-site retail or wholesale environments.
• Retail & VM expertise with a track record of executing physical retail marketing and space planning initiatives.
• End-to-End project management execution across complex roadmaps, coordinating vendors to deliver campaigns.
• Cross-functional relationship building across internal marketing, sales, and external stakeholders.
• Operational and analytical acumen for budgeting, delivery metrics, and process optimization.
• Attention to detail to ensure brand consistency and commercial impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop premium brand environments for key youth culture partners and manage large-scale rollouts across the UK and Europe.
• Create and roll out standardized EMEA retail marketing toolkits for partners (JD, Foot Locker, Snipes).
• Develop tiering strategies across bricks-and-mortar estates with the marketing team.
• Maintain a clear B2B project roadmap with strong planning and analytics.
• Own brand budgets for key accounts and guide spend and tiering decisions.
