Job summary

On is seeking a Senior Specialist for B2B Retail Development to serve as the primary contact for our JD, Foot Locker and Snipes accounts across EMEA. You will translate brand vision into elevated Shop-in-Shops and branded environments, leading large-scale rollouts, optimizing retail workflows, and shaping the physical consumer journey across the region.

You bring 5+ years in retail marketing or VM, strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on experience with POS

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail marketing, space planning, VM or brand rollouts.
• Strong track record in physical retail marketing and space planning in multi-site or wholesale channels.
• Experience managing complex project roadmaps, coordinating POS production workflows and external vendors.
• Ability to collaborate across internal marketing, sales and external stakeholders.
• Excellent operational execution with budgeting, delivery metrics and processes.
• Hands-on experience with POS coordination software or space planning tools.
• Experience navigating multi-market European, Middle Eastern, or African retail landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Develop premium brand environments for key youth culture partners across UK and Europe.
• Create and roll out standardized EMEA retail marketing toolkits for partners (JD, Footlocker & Snipes).
• Develop a clear tiering strategy across bricks-and-mortar estates with the KAM team.
• Maintain a clear B2B project roadmap with planning and analytical insight.
• Own brand budget for key accounts and guide spend and premiumisation in markets.
