Anthropic is expanding its EMEA Digital Natives Applied AI Architecture team. As Manager you’ll drive adoption of frontier AI across Europe’s fastest-growing tech companies, building Claude into core products and platforms.

You’ll lead and grow a team of Applied AI Architects, set pre‑sales standards, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to meet customer needs. You’ll also guide GDPR and EU AI Act compliance, travel across EMEA for executive sessions and workshops, and ensure

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or in a similar pre‑sales technical role.
• 3+ years of experience managing pre‑sales or technical GTM teams, ideally across multiple EMEA markets.
• Experience selling to and working with digital‑native companies (SaaS, fintech, consumer tech, PaaS, or developer platforms).
• Familiarity with European tech procurement processes, DPAs, and regulatory scrutiny.
• Deep technical proficiency with API integrations, production LLM use cases, and AI‑powered system architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with prompt engineering and LLM evaluation, plus understanding of how large language models are built.

• Manage and mentor a distributed team of Applied AI Architects, providing technical guidance and career development.
• Set goals and lead performance reviews that drive growth and output.
• Collaborate with top EMEA digital‑native customers on AI adoption strategies, including use case scoping, building champions, and running POCs.
• Partner with EMEA GTM leadership to understand customer requirements and co‑build segment strategy.
• Own the technical side of pre‑sales, delivering compelling demos and validating customer ROI.
• Guide customers through GDPR and EU AI Act compliance and data residency considerations.
• Coordinate across time zones and regions to drive business outcomes.
