Job summary

Sitecore is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to lead joint campaigns with implementation partners across EMEA and APAC and our reseller network. You’ll drive marketing programs aligned to FY27 motions for our CMS, AI capabilities, and DAM offerings, turning partnerships into demand and sustainable growth.

You will work with regional sales, field and product marketing to tailor content for local markets, manage budgets, and measure ROI with a data-driven approach across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including partner or channel programmes in technology/software.
• Experience marketing across international markets (EMEA/APAC).
• Campaigns focused on solutions/outcomes rather than features.
• Demand generation and ABM skills.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency with CRM/MA tools and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Align partner marketing to FY27 buying motions with partner-ready campaigns and assets.
• Build joint plans with EMEA and APAC partners using webinars, events, digital campaigns, and roundtables.
• Design scalable, repeatable marketing programmes for international resellers.
• Drive pipeline and revenue by aligning programmes to sales objectives and bookings targets.
• Develop and champion partner relationships with account managers and key partners.
• Coordinate with regional Marketing, Product Marketing, Campaigns and Sales to adapt content for partner use.
• Measure performance, provide insightful reports to stakeholders and partners.
• Manage the partner marketing budget and MDF/co-op funds.
