Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect (AI) to lead strategic customer engagements across big data and AI deployments. You will partner with Account Executives to design, demonstrate, and deliver AI solutions that align with customer business objectives, including adoption strategies and architectural guidance.

You will craft technical content, run workshops, and drive measurable outcomes by leveraging Databricks Agent Framework, Agent Bricks, and MLflow across cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales or consulting role influencing technical executives and driving ML/AI strategy.
• Experience with production-grade ML and generative AI applications in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying agentic AI solutions (RAG, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration).
• Strong understanding of agentic AI evaluation methodologies and production performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to guide strategic customers through big data projects from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with GTM and account teams to craft high-impact engagement strategies across the territory.
• Act as trusted advisor to CAIOs/CDOs/CTOs to drive product adoption and vision.
• Lead workshops, POC execution, and create customer-facing collateral.
• Design and implement high-profile agentic AI use cases on Databricks platform to accelerate adoption.
