Job summary

Marex seeks an experienced sales professional to grow the OTC Agricultural business from its London office, expanding the EMEA client base and delivering high-quality coverage to existing clients.

You will work autonomously within a team, building strong relationships with corporates, banks and trading houses while adhering to regulatory requirements and internal controls. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of global commodities markets, especially Agricultural markets.
• Solid knowledge of financial derivatives and client risk management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in regulated environments and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality sales coverage across the EMEA region for OTC Agricultural derivatives.
• Grow revenues from existing clients and expand the EMEA client base profitably.
• Collaborate with Trading and other divisions to drive synergies and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies in daily activity.
