Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Global Agency Acquisition Manager for the Scaled Growth team in EMEA. Based in London, you will lead onboarding and partnerships with large Indie agencies, helping advertisers access TikTok's tools and scale campaigns across the region.

The role requires proven business development experience in indie agencies or digital advertising, fluency in English, German or Turkish, and the ability to navigate complex organizations to meet ambitious revenue targets.

Qualifications

Experience in business development in Indie Agency or digital advertising.
Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
Proven ability to develop new customers and markets.
Resilient, adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, results-driven and focused on measurable outcomes.
Fluency in German and/or Turkish is essential for success in DACH/Turkey region.
Analytical mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity.
Comfortable with revenue targets.
Passion for small business.
Successful cases of new customer and market development.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for EMEA large Indie Agency acquisition and onboarding.
Achieve sales targets and build pipeline.
Drive new Large Indie Agency partnerships through navigating complex organizations.
Proactively build relationships with Large Indie Agencies and platform partners.
Stay abreast of industry trends to align with AI and user acquisition strategies.
