TikTok is seeking a senior sales professional to join its Global Business Solutions team in London. You will lead agency partnerships, drive revenue growth, and deliver measurable advertising outcomes for clients across Europe.

Responsibilities include managing relationships with Big media agencies, crafting growth strategies, responding to RFPs, and coordinating with product, marketing and legal teams to optimise campaigns and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital media sales or ad tech with agency relationships.
• Proven track record influencing C-level executives.
• Experience managing a multi-million dollar book and JBPs.

Responsabilités

• Establish and manage client relationships with Big media agencies
• Develop and execute a customer-led growth strategy
• Respond to inbound RFPs, deliver up-sell and always on opportunities
• Bid optimisation, budget management / pacing management
• Build a pipeline of revenue
• Retain and grow revenue from advertisers
• Collaborate with internal teams globally across product, marketing, legal and engineering
• Carry out health checks on campaigns to ensure they are set up and running as per best practice
