Qualifications

• 8–10 years in supply chain, logistics, or partner coordination.
• Experience supporting governance activities and cross-functional projects.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Regional experience across multiple markets in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy standard partner management processes and governance.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure adherence to standards and KPIs.
• Develop analytics and reporting to track operational and financial performance.
• Engage regional teams to onboard and enable delivery capabilities.
• Drive transformation playbooks and ensure consistent execution across markets.
