Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Services and Solutions Manager to deploy value offerings across UK NHS and private sector partners. You will lead or contribute to Clinical Transformation, Theatre Efficiency, and related programmes, ensuring resources, governance and outcomes align with strategic objectives.

The role requires strong programme leadership, experience in healthcare delivery, and the ability to collaborate across commercial and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in science, pharmacy, medicine or economics.
• Expertise in Organisational change, Process Excellence, Project Management or Healthcare Management Consulting.
• Experience running Surgical Services/Theatres/Secondary Care Services.
• Crucial English language fluency.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in tailoring and implementing value offerings (Clinical Transformation, Theatre Efficiency & Programmes).
• Governance lead to manage relationships with NHS trusts and private sector partners.
• Act as orchestra conductor within NHS hospitals to align resources, governance and delivery.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to deliver the UK/Ireland Services and Solutions strategy.
