Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Supply Chain is seeking a Manager, 3PL Systems & Integration to lead global WMS integration across 3PL sites. The role drives standardized processes, data requirements, and system interactions to support a future-state asset-light distribution network.

You will partner with IT, Transformation, and regional teams to ensure scalable, governance-driven execution across Order-to-Cash, warehouse ops, and logistics partners.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or partner/vendor coordination.
• Experience defining and improving cross-functional processes in large organizations.
• Experience in shaping and implementing WMS/TMS.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management, and executive communication capabilities.
• Proven ability to drive transformation in matrix environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain business process integration requirements for 3PL WMS across the global network.
• Define end-to-end warehouse workflows and integration points between J&J systems and 3PL WMS.
• Establish standardized business requirements and interaction models for asset-light operating model.
• Collaborate with IT to translate operational needs into system and integration specs.
• Define inventory, inbound/outbound, order processing, and warehouse transaction requirements.
• Develop and deploy integration frameworks, playbooks, and standards for 3PL WMS ops.
• Align warehouse processes with partner execution models and Order-to-Cash.
• Coordinate governance and resolution of operational integration gaps.
• Identify opportunities to standardize processes across regions and partners.
• Develop KPIs and monitoring frameworks for WMS integration performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices.
