This function includes oversight of consolidation and rationalization actions for the global distribution network, a strategic shift toward an asset-light model, and the build-out of new, future-looking logistics capabilities including partner management, network design, systems strategy, and defining the transition standards required to sustain performance in the future state. The team operates centrally, with close partnership with regional Transformation and Deliver teams cross EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and North America.**Manager, 3PL Systems & Integration** that sits within the MTSC Transformation W&T pillar, is responsible for deploying standard definition and integration of Warehouse Management System (WMS) capabilities across 3PL-operated distribution sites within the future-state asset-light operating model.
