A leading international technology group is seeking an experienced EMC Test Engineer in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of LRU/System EMC test programs, including performing tests, writing procedures and reports, and maintaining lab accreditations. The ideal candidate will have an HNC in electronics or telecommunications and a strong understanding of EMC specifications. Responsible for all aspects of LRU / System EMC test programs, including writing test procedures, test reports, performing EMC tests against military and civil aviation specifications to accredited procedures and accurately documenting results. Support project teams throughout the verification and validation process for both qualification and development testing either at the Pitstone EMC facility or at external test facilities. Perform calibration, asset management and maintenance activities in line with EMC procedures.
