ByteDance is seeking engineers to rapidly develop and debug AI applications within customer environments, driving production-grade deployment and feature iteration. You will design AI- and cloud-based architectures, integrate with customer data systems and APIs, and build observability pipelines to ensure accuracy, safety, and low latency.

• Bachelor's degree or above in CS, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3+ years of software development with strong AI/Agent experience.
• Hands-on AI app development including Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agent development.
• Experience with cloud-based architecture design, APIs/SDKs, automated deployment, and scalable systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and debug AI applications to production-grade deployment, iterating features.
• Understand customers' business scenarios, rapidly build AI app prototypes and evolve them into production-grade Agent systems.
• Design AI- and cloud-based architectures, leveraging AI-assisted development and integrating with customer APIs and data systems securely.
• Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for accuracy, safety, and latency.
• Work with customers' engineering teams to ensure successful deployment and sustained business value.
