Job summary

ByteDance's BytePlus is seeking an AI Solution Architect to bridge cutting-edge AI with real business opportunities. You will work with customers, sales, and product teams to identify high-value AI use cases and translate them into scalable cloud-based solutions leveraging BytePlus AI models.

Minimum qualifications include a strong CS/engineering background with hands-on coding (Python), API, cloud tech experience, and 2+ years of AI-native or industry expert work.

Qualifications

• Strong technical foundation in CS, engineering, maths, or related field.
• Experience with AI/ML systems, data technologies, APIs, cloud tech.
• Hands-on coding ability, especially Python; customer-oriented MVP thinking.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value AI use cases with customers and translate into technical solutions.
• Explore frontier AI capabilities across multiple modalities and industries.
• Design end-to-end architectures and lead workshops, PoCs, and implementation with engineering teams.
• Engage with engineers and senior stakeholders, communicating technical possibilities and business value.
• Influence product roadmap by capturing customer needs and market signals; develop reference architectures.
• Provide day-to-day technical support and act as trusted advisor to customers.
• Explore new AI-native products and business models beyond predefined requirements.
