Motability Operations Limited is seeking a Marketing Manager specialising in email and SMS to join our Customer Marketing Team. You will own end-to-end delivery of core email and SMS communications, leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build, test, deploy and optimise campaigns across the UK customer lifecycle.

You will combine marketing expertise with data-driven automation, designing personalised campaigns, creating audiences via SQL, and collaborating with Marketing, Digital, Product and

Competenze

• Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable enterprise marketing automation platform.
• End-to-end email campaign delivery experience.
• Confident writing SQL queries.
• Experience working with large customer data sets.
• Ability to analyse campaign performance data.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisation skills.
• Experience translating complex information into clear customer communications.
• Confident managing multiple projects.
