Job summary

Digital Tonic is partnering with a premium lifestyle brand to recruit an Email Marketing Executive. You’ll own daily email and SMS activity, building campaigns, managing flows and developing segmentation to drive relevance and results.

You’ll collaborate with eCommerce, marketing and creative teams to bring collections and promotions to life, ensuring brand consistency across all communications. You’ll also manage agencies and focus on reporting to demonstrate impact.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and managing email marketing campaigns, ideally using Klaviyo.
• Experience working with agencies, managing delivery and providing clear feedback.
• Confidence using segmentation, automated journeys and campaign reporting to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day delivery of email marketing through Klaviyo and SMS through Attentive, building campaigns and flows.
• Plan activity around trading calendar, aligning with new collections, launches and promotions.
• Collaborate with creative teams for imagery, copy and messaging to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage agency relationships, track delivery, and provide feedback to improve results.
• Report on campaign performance and recommendations to optimize impact.
• Support loyalty planning as the CRM and loyalty function develops.
