Rohan is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist on a fixed-term 12-month contract to help deliver growth across our UK ecommerce channels. You will plan, create and deliver B2C email campaigns, optimise customer journeys, and collaborate with Ecommerce and Brand Marketing teams.

The role is ideal for someone keen to develop digital marketing skills in a fast-paced retail environment, with GDPR compliance and data-driven performance analysis at the core.

Qualifications

• A-levels or equivalent qualifications.
• Degree in Marketing or related field is a bonus but not required.
• Basic familiarity with email marketing platforms.

Responsabilités

• Plan, create and schedule B2C email campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics such as open rates, CTRs and unsubscribe rates.
• Assist in setting up automated customer journeys (welcome, abandoned cart, order confirmations).
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and email marketing best practices.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce and Brand Marketing teams to optimise customer journeys.
