Job summary

Carrier invites applications for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Telford. You will drive end-to-end digital campaigns, manage email, e-commerce content, SEO/SEM, and web analytics to boost engagement and demand generation.

Reporting to the Marketing team, you will optimise multi-channel strategies, collaborate with Sales and IT, and monitor performance against budget and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of email, e-commerce, SEO/SEM, paid media, and web analytics.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end digital marketing strategies to enhance engagement and demand generation.
• Integrate digital activities into broader marketing and brand strategies.
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across channels.
• Develop and optimize e-commerce product content and campaigns.
• Manage email and SMS campaigns, including performance tracking.
• Oversee marketing automation, CRM integration, and tech improvements.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
