You will own the email marketing function, work with the ecommerce leadership, and explore AI and automation opportunities to enhance customer engagement and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• This role requires proven experience leading an email marketing function.
• Experience with large customer databases and lifecycle marketing is essential.
• Strong segmentation, targeting and personalisation capabilities are required.
• Ability to use data to improve campaign performance and engagement.
