Boden is seeking an Email Marketing Executive to own the build, testing and deployment of email and SMS campaigns. You’ll create engaging communications in Ometria, ensuring high-quality delivery and personalised customer journeys.

The role collaborates across teams, focusing on product relevance and continuous CRM improvements. Based in London with 3 days in North Acton and 2 days remote, you’ll grow your marketing expertise while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Formación

• Experience in email marketing and CRM best practices.
• Ability to build and test campaigns end-to-end.
• Strong attention to detail and QA processes.
• Experience creating customer journeys and personalisation.
• Basic HTML knowledge is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Own the build, testing and deployment of email and SMS campaigns.
• Create engaging customer communications in Ometria using Boden templates and CRM best practices.
• Champion QA and testing across devices and email clients.
• Collaborate with teams to feature the right products and journeys.

• Drive CRM template and process improvements.
