Boden is seeking an Email Marketing Executive to drive email and SMS campaigns, ensuring high-quality communications to customers. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, meticulous QA, and continuous improvement of CRM processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the build, testing and deployment of email and SMS campaigns, ensuring timely delivery.
• Create engaging customer communications in Ometria using Boden templates.
• QA and testing across devices, browsers and email clients.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to feature products and journeys.
• Build and manage customer audiences and segments for personalised experiences.
• Drive continuous improvement of templates, processes and ways of working.
• Stay ahead of CRM trends to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

OVERVIEW

Love the idea of brightening someone's inbox? As our Email Marketing Executive, you'll help deliver the emails and SMS campaigns that keep our customers connected to the colourful world of Boden.

From building and testing campaigns to hitting send with confidence, you'll ensure every communication is delivered seamlessly and to the highest standard. You'll be naturally detail-oriented, enjoy working at pace and take pride in getting the little things right.

Most importantly, you'll be curious, enthusiastic and keen to grow. Working closely with teams across the business, you'll help create the best possible experience for our customers while developing your marketing expertise along the way.

Location: 3 days per week at our North Acton office, 2 days from home. (Monday - Wednesday / 9am - 5pm)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own the build, testing and deployment of email and SMS campaigns, ensuring every send is delivered accurately and on time.
• Create engaging customer communications in Ometria, using Boden templates and CRM best practices.
• Champion quality through rigorous QA and testing across devices, browsers and email clients.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure campaigns feature the right products, content and customer journeys.
• Build and manage customer audiences and segments to deliver relevant, personalised experiences.
• Drive continuous improvement by enhancing CRM templates, processes and ways of working.
• Stay ahead of CRM trends and best practices, helping Boden deliver exceptional customer experiences.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to work effectively across teams.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering a seamless customer experience.
• An understanding of email marketing and CRM best practices.
• Experience using an Email Service Provider (ESP) platform, such as Ometria, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to quickly apply feedback and develop new skills.
• A basic understanding of HTML would be advantageous.
