Job summary

Boden is seeking an Email Marketing Executive to help deliver email and SMS campaigns that connect customers with Boden's vibrant world. You will own build, testing and deployment, create engaging communications in Ometria, and ensure quality across devices and clients.

Location: 3 days per week at North Acton office, 2 days from home. You will work with cross-functional teams to tailor journeys, grow your marketing skills and deliver best-in-class customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Experience using an ESP/CRM platform (e.g., Ometria, SFMC).
• Basic understanding of HTML is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the build, testing and deployment of email and SMS campaigns, ensuring every send is delivered accurately and on time.
• Create engaging customer communications in Ometria, using Boden templates and CRM best practices.
• Champion quality through rigorous QA and testing across devices, browsers and email clients.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure campaigns feature the right products, content and customer journeys.
• Build and manage customer audiences and segments to deliver relevant, personalised experiences.
• Drive continuous improvement by enhancing CRM templates, processes and ways of working.
• Stay ahead of CRM trends and best practices, helping Boden deliver exceptional customer experiences.
