Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and delivering seamless customer experience.
• Understanding of email marketing and CRM best practices.
• Experience using an ESP platform such as Ometria or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Own the build, testing and deployment of email and SMS campaigns, ensuring timely delivery.
• Create engaging customer communications in Ometria using Boden templates.
• QA and testing across devices, browsers and email clients.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to feature products and journeys.
• Build and manage customer audiences and segments for personalised experiences.
• Drive continuous improvement of templates, processes and ways of working.
• Stay ahead of CRM trends to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
