The Role

This time, we’re on the lookout for a CRM Marketing Executive who will be working with Selina from our Marketing team.

What you will be doing

You will be supporting the Senior CRM Manager to deliver the executions of all behavioural based/lifecycle triggers and automated email campaigns from brief to deployment. You will be responsible for the delivery of the Email Automation Roadmap, ensuring existing programs are optimised through a test and learn approach and introduce new high opportunity programs as well as the execution of the customer contact strategy for key customer segments.

What we are looking for

The CRM Executive role specifically requires someone with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage your own time efficiently. You’ll be highly organised with a willingness to go the extra mile for your team. Microsoft Office experience is essential, and you will have ESP experience as well as knowledge of HTML. If you are proactive, commercially minded and driven then this could be the role for you.
