Job summary

Reed is seeking an Email Marketing Executive to join our Crawley-based team. You will own the email marketing activity, creating campaigns and automated journeys that drive engagement, sales and retention.

Day-to-day includes planning and sending emails in Klaviyo, creating copy and visuals, building automated flows, segmenting audiences, and analysing results to optimise performance. This role offers a collaborative environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience using Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform.
• Strong design skills with the ability to create polished, on-brand visuals for email content.
• Excellent written communication skills and a good eye for detail.
• Passion for creating engaging customer experiences.
• Ability to analyse data, test new ideas, and use insights to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Produce regular performance reports and share insights with the wider e-commerce team.
• Stay updated with email marketing best practices, new Klaviyo features, and industry trends.
• Support the Ecommerce and Marketing team with marketing and creative tasks.
