Job summary

Pets Corner is seeking an enthusiastic Email Marketing Executive to own the email programme, creating campaigns and automated journeys that drive sales and strengthen customer relationships.

You will join a family-run business and help train and grow in a fast-paced ecommerce team, using Klaviyo and data insights to optimise deliverability, segmentation and engagement across 150 stores nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience using Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform.
• Strong copywriting and visuals for email content.
• Detail-oriented with data-driven decision making.
• GDPR compliance and list hygiene practices.
• Ability to plan and build automated customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, test and send email campaigns in Klaviyo.
• Write engaging copy and create on-brand visuals.
• Build and optimise automated flows and customer journeys.
• Segment audiences for personalised communications.
• Monitor campaigns and apply insights to improve results.
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, send times and journeys.
• Maintain GDPR-compliant email database.
• Monitor deliverability and inbox placement.
• Produce performance reports for the ecommerce team.
• Stay updated on email marketing best practices and Klaviyo features.
• Support Ecommerce and Marketing with marketing and creative tasks.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Email Marketing Executive to join our team on a full-time contract. You’ll take ownership of our email marketing programme, creating engaging campaigns and automated customer journeys that help drive sales and strengthen customer relationships.

Pets Corner have grown into a larger company through the years, however it is still very much a family business at heart. We quickly identify individuals who are keen to progress and will provide them with the necessary training and experience to do so.

Responsibilities within your job role:

• Planning, building, testing and sending email campaigns in Klaviyo.
• Writing engaging copy and creating eye-catching email content.
• Building and optimising automated email flows and customer journeys.
• Segmenting audiences to deliver personalised, relevant communications.
• Monitoring campaign performance and using insights to continually improve results.
• Running A/B tests to optimise subject lines, content, send times and customer journeys.
• Keeping our email database healthy and GDPR compliant.
• Monitoring deliverability and ensuring our emails reach customers’ inboxes.
• Producing regular performance reports and sharing insights with the wider e-commerce team.
• Staying up to date with email marketing best practices, new Klaviyo features and industry trends.
• Support the Ecommerce and Marketing team with marketing and creative tasks

About you:

You’ll have experience using Klaviyo (or a similar email marketing platform), a good eye for detail, excellent written communication skills, and a passion for creating engaging customer experiences. You’ll have strong design skills, with the ability to create polished, on-brand visuals for email content. You’ll enjoy analysing data, testing new ideas and using insights to improve performance.
