• Experience in email marketing, CRM or digital marketing, preferably with Klaviyo.
• Comfortable working with data and turning numbers into useful insights.
• Enjoy understanding customer behaviour, testing ideas, and showing the impact of campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, test and send email campaigns through Klaviyo.
• Create engaging email content, including copy and visuals.
• Build and improve automated customer journeys and email flows.
• Segment the customer database based on behaviour, purchasing history and engagement.
• Use customer data to create more relevant and personalised campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance and report on results.
• Run A/B tests across subject lines, content, send times and journeys.
• Monitor loyalty, newsletter engagement and purchasing behaviour to improve retention.
• Maintain a GDPR-compliant database and monitor deliverability.
• Support wider marketing and e-commerce team with additional projects.
