Job summary

Woodgreen Pet Charity is seeking a creative Digital Engagement Executive on a 12-month fixed term to deliver brilliant email campaigns, journeys and communications that grow income and engagement.

You will champion best practice as part of the Digital Engagement team, planning and delivering email communications to acquire and retain audiences while collaborating with internal teams to provide a high-quality digital service. Hybrid role with some site work in Godmanchester.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting digital fundraising or income campaigns with targets.
• Experience delivering key messages to diverse audiences via email and digital content.
• Significant experience using email marketing tools to run campaigns and journeys.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and deliver email communications to acquire, retain and develop audiences.
• Support delivery of campaigns, journeys and web content across Woodgreen.
• Share digital engagement knowledge with stakeholders and champion best practice.
• Deliver high-quality digital service across Woodgreen.
• Apply creativity in planning and delivering email campaigns and content.
• Balance workload across multiple projects and teams.
