Job summary

Carepoint Services Limited is seeking an experienced Field Care Manager to lead an established domiciliary care team focused on the Eltham area. The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge and the ability to coordinate care planning, risk assessments and staff development.

You will manage duties, participate in on-call rotation and ensure high-quality person-centred care, while maintaining compliance with CQC and local authority requirements across our UK service footprint.

Qualifications

• Experience as Field Care Supervisor in domiciliary care.
• Knowledge of Eltham area SE9, SE3.
• Familiar with rostering software and ECM.
• Professional and responsive where issues and staff report risks.
• Knowledge of local authority compliance and CQC requirements.
• Champion of service user rights.
• Experience in Mental Capacity Assessments, Care Planning and Risk Assessments.
• Good communicator, well organised; proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Able to work with an existing team and share duties.
• Able to take direction from managers and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an established field care team.
• Attend home visits and external meetings where required.
• Ensure compliance with CQC and local authority requirements.
• Oversee care planning and risk assessments.
• Support staff, report risks, and communicate with health professionals.
• Work flexibly and share duties within the team.
• Participate in on-call rotation as agreed by management.
