Job summary

STATSports is seeking a world-class Account Manager to support a high-profile club in the UK, on-site. You will own relationships, provide training, sports consultancy and ongoing support, and become an expert in our GPS tracking technology to maximise client value.

Ideal candidates have a 2:1 in Sports & Exercise Science, experience in high-performance sports with GPS tracking, and fluency in English. On-site work at the club facilities is required and Salesforce CRM experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• A 2:1 in Sports & Exercise Science or equivalent.
• Experience in High Performance Sports using GPS tracking.
• Fluent English.
• On-site availability at club facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Provide Sports Science consultancy to clients.
• Be strategic with proactive, value-add account management services.
• Ensure clients are trained on the system and up-to-date.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records of interactions.
• Visit clients regularly to assess needs and outcomes.
• Develop new business with existing clients and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales to grow opportunities within territories.
