Job summary

Technogym is seeking a Solutions Key Account Manager to cover the North East of the UK, focusing on Leeds as a central patch. The role requires a consultative sales approach, strong relationship skills, and the energy to upsell and develop new business with premium customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of sales/account management experience, a degree in a related field, and familiarity with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' sales experience as Account Manager or similar.
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or Sports & Exercise Science.
• Experience selling solutions and complex deals.
• Consultative selling approach and negotiation skills.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong listening, communication and presentation abilities.
• Passion for Fitness and Wellness.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and over-achieve sales targets in territory.
• Create and present CAD visuals (full training provided).
• Market management and pipeline productivity measures per sales code.
• Identify consumer leads and sales through B2B2C opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date as a product and solutions expert.
• Ensure premium customer experience during installations.
• Collaborate with finance for proactive credit collection.
• CRM and quotation tool management with clean market data.
• Execute weekly pipeline reviews to maximise conversion and forecasts.
• Research market trends and feed back on territory developments.
