Job summary

Ward Security is seeking an Elite Security Officer to provide first‑class customer service while maintaining a secure environment in Maidenhead and surrounding areas.

You will oversee access control, patrols, incident response, and reporting, ensuring professionalism and calm, confident communication with staff and visitors. A valid SIA license and a UK driving licence are essential for this full‑time role.

Qualifications

• Valid Frontline SIA licence.
• UK manual driving licence is required.
• Minimum 1 year of proven work experience as a Corporate Security Officer.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact and information centre for staff, visitors, and tenants.
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions.
• Adhere to all instructions, written and verbal.
• Control access points, allowing or denying entry to visitors.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter threats to client property and assets.
• Investigate incidents and take appropriate lawful action as per policy.
• Complete daily reports with detailed information and surveillance footage.
• Demonstrate excellent communication across all platforms.
