Ward Security Limited is seeking an Elite Contract Support Officer in Croydon. The role focuses on customer service, security operations, and professional presence at client sites in Croydon and Reigate.

You will perform ID checks, respond to emergencies, and provide information to staff and visitors. A valid SIA frontline licence and a UK driving licence are essential, with 7 days-a-week availability required.

Qualifications

• Frontline SIA licence is required.
• UK manual driving licence required.
• Minimum 1 year of corporate security officer experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent personal presentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as information centre for staff, visitors and tenants.
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions.
• Control access points and deny entry when needed.
• Conduct patrols to deter threats to property and assets.
• Investigate incidents and take appropriate action.
• Complete daily reports with observations and footage.
• Communicate effectively across verbal, written and radio channels.
