Job summary

Ward Security seeks an Elite Security Officer to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a secure environment across multi-site locations in Kent. You will perform ID checks, respond to emergencies, and report incidents with accurate documentation and professional presentation.

The role requires a valid SIA licence, a UK driving licence, and a minimum of one year in a corporate security setting. A proactive, communicative team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Frontline SIA licence.
• UK manual driving licence.
• Minimum 1 year of proven work experience as a Corporate Security Officer.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Exemplary standards of personal presentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact and information centre for staff, visitors, and tenants.
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions.
• Adhere to all instructions, written and verbal.
• Control access points, allowing or denying entry to visitors.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter threats to client property and assets.
• Investigate incidents and take appropriate lawful action as per corporate policy.
• Complete daily reports with detailed information, observations, and surveillance footage.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills across all platforms, including verbal, written, and via security radios.
