Job summary

Ward Security is seeking an Elite Security Officer in Maidenhead to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a secure environment. This role demands a valid SIA licence, UK driving licence, and at least 1 year of corporate security experience.

You will conduct patrols, monitor access points, respond to incidents, and report findings with clear communication. The position offers a 36+ hour weekly pattern across Maidenhead and surrounding areas, with benefits including licensing

Qualifications

• Valid Frontline SIA licence.
• UK manual driving licence.
• Minimum 1 year of proven work experience as a Corporate Security Officer.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Exemplary standards of personal presentation.
• IT literate with the ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment.
• Quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude towards people and challenges.
• Must be available 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact and information centre for staff, visitors, and tenants.
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions.
• Adhere to all instructions, written and verbal.
• Control access points, allowing or denying entry to visitors.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter threats to client property and assets.
• Investigate incidents and take appropriate lawful action as per corporate policy.
• Complete daily reports with detailed information, observations, and surveillance footage.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills across all platforms, including verbal, written, and via security radios.
