Job summary

Harrods is seeking a Personal Shopper in Knightsbridge to work one-on-one with clients, understanding their product preferences, lifestyle and style needs, and guiding them through a personalised shopping experience across all categories.

You will navigate the store, build lasting client relationships and deliver exceptional sales performance with a world-class service approach, both in-person and virtually, ensuring a premium customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Proactively search for selling and service opportunities with every client and identify new opportunities across the store to encourage broader selling.
• Expand a genuine and loyal client base through referrals and word of mouth.
• Manage the customer journey from initial product selections through to transaction processing, stock picking and dispatch.
• Deliver an omni-channel experience, combining traditional on-site sales with proactive sales via virtual channels.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, connecting with individuals to meet their needs and exceed expectations.
• Apply the Art of Selling in every interaction, whether face‑to‑face or virtual, to achieve exceptional sales and service results.
