Job summary

The Portfolio Group Inc. is seeking a Field Business Development Manager to drive new business in Berkshire and surrounding areas.

You will own the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing—focused on HR & Employment Law solutions for clients. Compensation is exceptional: GBP60,000 to GBP155,000 base salary with 8,000 quarterly bonus, a 30,000 top-up in early months, and a choice of premium company car or £5,000 car allowance, plus ongoing contract commissions.

Qualifications

• Experience owning full sales cycle from lead gen to close.
• Ability to self-generate meetings and close deals.
• Knowledge of HR & Employment Law domains is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work on-field.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle across designated region.
• Generate leads, conduct meetings, and close contracts.
• Build and manage client relationships and networks.
• Collaborate on 3–5 year contracts and ongoing commissions.
