Daphne's in South Kensington is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to join its culinary leadership team and support the Executive Chef in running the kitchen. You will help shape the culinary vision, lead a talented team, and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences in a refined setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role within the culinary industry.
• Strong culinary skills and a track record of successful menu execution.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage tasks.
• Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and execute the culinary vision.
• Lead and inspire the culinary team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Assist in menu development, ensuring creativity and adherence to restaurant standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain the freshness of ingredients.
• Ensure efficient kitchen workflows and maintain a positive and efficient working environment.
• Handle kitchen responsibilities in the absence of the Executive Chef.
