Job summary

Listers Group in Loughborough is seeking a Car Sales Executive for our Volkswagen Dealership. The role focuses on guiding customers to the right vehicle and ensuring all features and add-ons meet their needs.

You'll handle financing and contracts to drive total customer satisfaction, prospect for opportunities, and work to achieve KPIs while maintaining FCA and data protection standards. A UK driving license is required.

Qualifications

• This may suit someone who has previously worked as a car sales executive, retail manager or sales manager.
• Demonstrable ability to achieve and exceed targets.
• Ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers.
• You will hold a valid UK driver's licence.
• Motor trade experience preferred but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Build trust, communicate effectively, and exceed customer expectations through qualification and creating an effective first impression.
• Maximise opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, inbound enquiries, walk-in prospects and internet enquiries.
• Maximise profit by achieving the monthly KPI's for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add-on products.
• Adhering to FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting all customer contact and vehicle data.
