Job summary

KONE is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will lead lift installation projects from initiation to completion, coordinating engineers, subcontractors and site activities to deliver on time and within budget.

You will uphold KONE's safety and quality standards, build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and resolve on-site challenges while supporting and developing your team.

Qualifications

• Experience within construction, engineering or project delivery.
• Strong people and project management skills.
• Good understanding of health & safety and site operations.
• Confident communicating with customers, contractors and internal teams.
• Strong organisation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing lift installation projects from start through to completion
• Coordinating engineers, subcontractors and site activities
• Monitoring project timelines, quality and costs
• Ensuring all work meets KONE's safety and quality standards
• Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Identifying and resolving site or project challenges
• Supporting and developing your team
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
