Job summary

KONE is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead lift installation projects, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery while supporting the team and liaising with customers and contractors. The role focuses on delivering high standards and building strong client relationships across projects in the UK.

You will manage multi-disciplinary stakeholders, monitor timelines and costs, and uphold KONE safety and quality standards throughout project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience within construction, engineering or project delivery.
• Strong health & safety understanding and site operations.
• Confident communicating with customers, contractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Managing lift installation projects from start through to completion.
• Coordinating engineers, subcontractors and site activities.
• Monitoring project timelines, quality and costs.
• Ensuring work meets safety and quality standards.
• Building relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Identifying and resolving site or project challenges.
• Supporting and developing the team.
• Working with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
