Job summary

KONE is hiring a Construction Manager to oversee Lifts Modernisation & Installation projects across Yorkshire or the North West. You will manage scope, schedule and budget while coordinating customers and subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget.

Lead installation teams, plan resources, monitor progress and report on financials, ensuring high health & safety standards and strong stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience.
• Stakeholder and customer relationship expertise.
• Financial planning and cost control on projects.
• Strong health and safety knowledge is essential.
• Valid driving licence required.
• Lift industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from sales/installation hand-over to completion and handover to maintenance.
• Lead start-up, reviews, reporting and coordination activities.
• Oversee site readiness, logistics and resource planning.
• Direct installation teams and subcontractors, ensure adequate resourcing and motivation.
• Maintain proactive customer communication and stakeholder management.
• Forecast and manage project financials, including change orders.
• Promote safety awareness and compliance with policies.
