Job summary

KONE is seeking a Construction Manager to lead installation operations across Bristol and the South West. You will oversee multiple lift and escalator installation projects, ensuring delivery is safe, efficient, and of the highest quality.

This leadership role requires collaboration with engineers, project managers and stakeholders to ensure projects finish on time and within budget while upholding KONE’s safety-first culture. You’ll develop teams and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction or installation management (lifts/escalators or similar).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Solid understanding of health & safety regulations in construction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
