Job summary

KONE is seeking a Construction Manager to lead installation operations across a key region, based from our Basingstoke or Woking office. You’ll oversee multiple projects, drive performance and ensure safe, on-time delivery for our customers.

You'll work closely with Project Managers, Installation Engineers, customers and contractors to deliver projects on time, to budget and to KONE's high standards. This is a real leadership role with tangible impact and a pathway for career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Construction Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Experience delivering projects in construction, engineering, infrastructure or lift & escalator environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Knowledge of health and safety in construction or engineering.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Leading installation activities across multiple projects and sites.
• Driving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Managing project delivery, resources, productivity, quality, and performance.
• Building strong relationships with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
