Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment.
• English proficiency preferred to communicate with international teams.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of application.
• Must meet minimum legal age for serving alcohol and other duties.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and variable shifts.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, First Class Service environment reflecting RH’s hospitality standards.
• Guide guests through their dining journey with confidence and care.
• Process guest payments efficiently while following safety and security procedures.
• Maintain high quality and presentation in the dining room, including table upkeep and cleanliness.
• Act as a brand ambassador, engaging guests and knowing RH’s menu offerings.
• Support the team to keep the dining room refined and prepared at all times.
