In this role you will guide each guest’s dining journey, offer knowledgeable recommendations, and ensure polished presentation at all times. The position requires 5+ years in high-volume settings, excellent English communication, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment.
• Demonstrate professionalism, confidence, and discretion to represent the RH brand.
• Effective verbal communication in English.
• Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the country.
• Must meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol and work shifts as required.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and inviting environment by providing First Class Service.
• Guide each phase of the guest dining experience with confidence and care, offering knowledgeable recommendations.
• Process all guest payments efficiently and in accordance with safety procedures.
• Uphold the highest levels of quality and presentation throughout the dining room.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by engaging warmly with guests and maintaining RH’s menu knowledge.
• Support the team and maintain a refined dining room at all times.
