Job summary

Sepura Ltd in Waterbeach, Cambridge, is seeking a Repair Technician to join our Repairs team, ensuring customer equipment is repaired to the high standards expected by Sepura users. You will work in a structured service environment, diagnosing faults, disassembling/reassembling products, performing repairs, and verifying outcomes with test equipment.

You’ll document results and manage parts, collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

Experience in a Repair/Service Environment following defined procedures.
Mechanical assembly/disassembly of products with PCB level soldering.
Ability to use standard test equipment and service tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and confirm customer-reported faults using defined procedures and test equipment.
Disassembly and reassembly of products, including replacement of standard components.
Conduct inspection and verification of completed repairs.
Record all repair work accurately within the management system.
Maintain availability and control of spare parts within your area.
Escalate issues promptly to the line manager.
